I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel challenging. That’s why I create a calm space where your voice is valued. I focus on listening, understanding, and highlighting the strengths you already have. At the same time, I provide support without judgment for the areas that need attention. I offer a variety of tools and approaches to meet your unique needs.

I’m here to help you navigate the uncertainty.
I am passionate about helping adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and ongoing stresses learn how to untangle the overwhelming thoughts that bring them down and make peace with their uncomfortable feelings.
Most of my practice focuses on helping clients make sense of their thoughts, learn to work with their emotions, and understand more fully what they need from the people in their lives - and how to go about getting it.

I've been helping anxious, overwhelmed, stressed out professionals, students, parents, and creatives answer, “How can this be better?” for over ten years. I guide you through a paced, considered, and compassionate approach - through exploration that leads to tears sometimes, laughter too - and breakthroughs so you can create shifts towards a life more worth living.
Most of my practice focuses on helping people make sense of their sometimes overwhelming thoughts, learn to work with their emotions, and understand more fully what they need from their lives - and how to go about getting it.
