FIND A WAY TO BETTER

Overwhelmed

Life has risk and challenge, no matter who you are. Decisions to make, work to do, relationships to maintain. One day, you realize: you're overwhelmed.

Don't feel right

You may not know what's not working, but something doesn't feel right. This "not knowing" might feel uncomfortable. You may wonder why you haven't figured it out already. But how can you, when you're not sure where to start?

Get things done

Maybe you have trouble getting things done, or getting out of bed in the morning, or falling asleep at night. You might feel isolated or "disconnected' from others. Maybe you wonder if you have depression. You might feel frustrated or have a short fuse.

You might be thinking about past issues and wonder if an experience you had is part of the problem. Perhaps you’ve experienced traumaMaybe others in your life are noticing that you're not your "regular" self.

Relationships

We want to be better with the people we love. We want to be there for them. We don't want to do anything to make problems worse. You might wonder how you can handle the issues and start feeling good again... or at least, better.

WHAT DO I DO NOW?

It takes courage to say, "This is not working."

My approach is one of collaboration where you can comfortably explore and be appropriately guided to move forward. I specialize in working with depression, recovery from trauma, and the effects of loneliness and isolation. I work with young adults (19+), midlife, and retired folks, all on a spectrum of identities. Since the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important change-agents in counselling, it is important you feel I am a good fit.

I believe there is a way through.

Let me help you figure it out, so that you can find your way to feeling better.
