Life has risks. It’s part of being human.

Life also has rewards. These inspire us to learn and try again.

But how do we get to them?

Having a happy life shouldn’t feel so hard. After all, social media seems to make it look easy.

But the fact is for many, we have an idea of how we want to be and where we want to go, but can sometimes get stuck making it happen.

Does this happen to you?

The challenges you face are often messages trying to tell you how to find your way.

But how do you untangle those messages?

Sometimes you are so deep in the chaos and busyness of life and it suddenly hits you that something is not working. You don’t feel good about the risks you face and the rewards you're missing.  And this feeling can go from bad … to worse.

The good news is we all have innate capacity to move through our difficulties.

We sometimes need assistance, someone to talk to when life gets complicated. You might just need an unbiased ear who can help you find your way.

I recall years ago feeling afraid to see my first counsellor, as there was so much judgment about talking to a mental health professional. Thankfully, much of that stigma is fading.

But sometimes, people have a lingering fear that there's something wrong with them for wanting help.

There's nothing wrong with asking for help.

In fact, it shows a lot of courage.

Let me help you untangle what is stopping you from having the life you want.

I may be the right therapist for you if:

  • You want to figure out the deeper issues holding you back
  • You want to work with a calm, focused person, who is able to challenge you with compassion
  • You're a high performer but find that your personal relationships sometimes suffer from your ambition
  • You’ve tried therapy before but found something was missing
  • You are at a point in life where you want more than surface solutions so you can create lasting change

Contact me and let's get started.
